Below are a few personal favorites from the videos I’ve created for my YouTube channel. I typically write, direct, shoot, edit, and handle all sound design myself. Some pieces are intentionally unscripted — which may be evident from the occasional descent into potty humor.
Across these projects, I’m continually refining a surreal, absurdist, sound design-driven style. I view each video as both an experiment and a stepping-stone towards larger, more ambitious work.
Short Films & Sketches, Verticalized
I’ve been revisiting my older YouTube videos and reformatting them into vertical edits for YouTube Shorts, TikTok, and IG Reels to help attract new viewers. They’ve performed relatively well, and I’ve really enjoyed giving these projects new life — I’m often adding lots of keyframed motion — to make them more dynamic and shareable.
The Landlord and Laser Extended Universe
This series was my attempt to build a self-aware “extended franchise” on essentially no budget. Believe it or not, these shorts were more scripted than anything else I was making at the time.
They’re presented here in narrative order, with the final installment utilizing heavy green screen work and Stable Diffusion to create something deliberately uncanny.
Altogether, the series runs about 30 minutes.
